How To Make Your Own Baby Food

Nutrition Consultant Lianne Phillipson-Webb shows us how simple it is to make your own baby food at home. Not only is homemade baby food easy to prepare but it's far more nutritious and no preservatives added compared to store bought baby food.

Lianne recommends investing in a really good peeler, saucepan with steamer, a good chopping knife and a hand mixer to puree your baby's food. Once you prepare a batch of baby food the great part is you can store it in your freezer for as long as three months!
